Rising Sophomore Student Housing Process
This housing selection process will be for students in their first year at Xavier to select housing for the 2025-2026 academic year. This includes:
- Students who started at Xavier in Fall 2024 as first years
- Students who started at Xavier in Fall 2024 as new transfer students
- Students who started at Xavier in Spring 2025

| Thursday, February 20, 2025 | Muskie Match Up Pairing Event at 6 PM in Center for Mission & Identity at Justice Hall |
| Monday, February 24, 2025 | Housing Applications Due by 12:00 PM Noon ET |
| Monday, February 24, 2025 | Roommate Group Closes by 12:00 PM Noon ET |
| Thursday, February 27, 2025 | Room Selection Times Announced to Xavier Email |
| Thursday, February 27, 2025 | Justice Hall Groups Notified of Assignment |
| Tuesday, March 4, 2025 | Room Selection Day 1 |
| Wednesday, March 5, 2025 | Room Selection Day 2 |
