Summer 2025 Housing for Current Xavier Students
The summer housing application will open after spring break on Housing Self-Service for current residents who need to request housing on campus during the summer months. All applicants will be reviewed to determine whether a true need to stay on campus is needed. If you are not a current resident, please reach out to our office so we may make the application available for you.
Summer Intern Housing
University Residencies at Xavier University offers affordable, comfortable, and convenient housing for summer interns at Commons Apartments and Village Apartments. Please see below for the detailed information of the residencies.
Summer intern housing is available from May 16 to August 1, 2025, with a minimum stay of 4 weeks.
The application for summer intern housing will open in spring 2025. If you are a student planning to intern in Cincinnati in Summer 2025, or an employer who is interested in providing housing for summer interns at Xavier, please submit a Summer Intern Housing Interest Form to express your interest.

Summer Camps and Conferences
Xavier University is excited to announce that we are restarting summer camps and conferences for summer 2025.
This option will be available May 28-July 25, 2025.
