Student Nurse Organizations

The goal of the BSN Student Nurse Organization (SNO) is to enhance the development of student nurses as professionals. The club plans activities and events that develop nursing students' understanding of the role of the nurse in today's health-care system, encourage participation in community service projects, facilitate interaction with other Xavier Clubs, and provide a supportive social network for students in the nursing program. SNO also provides student mentoring opportunities, study groups, and a SNO ball.  For more information, please visit Engage XU and/or contact the BSN SNO faculty advisor, Diana Rickmon rickmond@xavier.edu

The ABSN Student Organization and Advisory Committee is committed to creating a thriving, productive student body through the free exchange of ideas with faculty, co-creating solutions, providing networking opportunities, and strengthening the legacy of the program through the power of community. For more information, please visit Engage XU and/or contact the appropriate ABSN club faculty advisor.  For Cincinnati contact Karen Noel at noelk@xavier.edu.  For Columbus contact Stacy Barnhouse at barnhouses@xavier.edu.  For Cleveland contact Ruth Casada at casadar@xavier.edu
