Visitor Permits
WELCOME TO Xavier University!
We offer convenient options for parking on campus while you visit.
Daily Permits: Daily permits are valid until midnight from time of purchase. Daily permits can be purchased online* or by visiting xavier.edu/visitorpermit. The permits can be purchased up to (5) days in advance. A printable permit to place on your dash will be provided. All visitors must be parked in visitor parking stalls. There are over (40+) visitor parking spaces throughout campus.
Pay by Space: There are (40+) visitor parking spaces located throughout campus. Upon arrival, visit xavier.edu/visitorpermit or scan the QR code at the parking stall. You will be required to enter personal and vehicle information. Once complete, pay online* through the checkout process. Your license plate will be your permit. Pay by space permits are valid until midnight from the time of purchase.
- Visitor Parking Stall Locations:
- Alumni Center - 6 Visitor/Reserved marked spaces.
- Gallagher Center Lot - 14 Visitor marked spaces.
- Husman Lot - 12 Visitor marked spaces
- HUB Lot - 4 Visitor marked spaces
- Smith Hall Lot - 6 Visitor marked spaces
- Admissions Visitors - Schott Hall - Specific to guests of Admissions. Admissions Visitor permit required.
Please visit the Office of Auxiliary Services for campus information, maps, permit information, and directions. The Office of Auxiliary Services is located at the Musketeer Mezzanine in the upper part of Justice Hall.
All events (i.e., camps, workshops, seminars, weddings, conferences, etc.) must be approved through Parking Services prior to event date. To ensure that your event runs smoothly, please contact Parking Services under the umbrella of Auxiliary Services no later than fourteen (14) business days prior to the date of the event to make parking arrangements. Need a permit but have no Xavier ID?
*Effective July 1, 2023.
Vendor/Visitor permits purchased cannot be purchased for the sole use of any specified Xavier student or employee. Reserved spaces and parking permits are for university guests only. Use of these spaces or passes for Xavier faculty, staff or students is prohibited.
