Read&Write Installation

Windows Installation

1. Go to the Texthelp Read&Write webpage.
2. Click the "Try Read&Write" button
3. Select the "Windows" from the list
   1. Select your choice of US, Canadian, or Great Britain. This will download the installation file. If asked, save to your computer.
4. Open the installation file and follow all on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Mac Installation

1. Go to the Texthelp Read&Write webpage.
2. Click the "Try Read&Write" button
3. Select the "Mac" from the list
   1. This will download the installation file. If asked, save to your computer.
4. Open the installation file and follow all on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Browser Extension Installation

1. Go to the Texthelp Read&Write webpage.
2. Click the "Try Read&Write" button
3. Select the appropriate browser option from the list (Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge)
   1. This will take you to the browser extension store.
4. Click on the "Get" or "Add to Chrome" button. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete installation.
5. Search the browser extension store for "OrbitDoc".
6. Click on the OrbitDoc extension.
7. Click on the "Get" or "Add to Chrome" button. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Notes

• The browser extension will only open if on a page with enough text. Such as Xavier email, Canvas page, news article, etc.
• Every time you are asked to log in, choose Microsoft Account and use your Xavier credentials.
• You can install Read&Write on as many platforms as you need to. You are not only limited to one.
