Study Table Support

Peer Academic Coaching support is offered to Xavier students who have accommodations through the Office of Accessibility and Disability Resources. Peer academic coaches are available to provide support to students who struggle with executive functioning. The purpose of the Study Table Support is to provide individual coaching to assist students with:

  • Reviewing Canvas to ensure assignments are complete
  • Creating a plan for completing homework assignments
  • Assisting students with initiating assignments such as papers
  • Breaking down larger assignments to make them more manageable

Students can use this time as a dedicated homework or study time. A coach can check-in with the student to make sure the student is staying focused and making progress.
