Making an Additional Materials Request
This process is for students who are approved through the Office of Accessibility and Disability Resources to receive an accommodation regarding accessible media. For students who are not yet approved, please schedule an appointment to review eligibility for this accommodation.
- Submit the Additional Materials in accessible media form with requested files attached.
- If materials needed are not in DOC, DOCX, PDF, or JPEG, email files to alttext@xavier.edu.
- Schedule an appointment with the Assistive Technology Coordinator, as needed, to learn how to access accessible media or use appropriate assistive technology.
- Monitor Xavier email for access to materials or questions about request.
