Occupational Therapy Program, Student Organizations
XU Student Occupational Therapy Association (XUSOTA)
XUSOTA aims to increase awareness of the Occupational Therapy profession on the Xavier University campus and within the local community. Membership is open to all Xavier University students interested in the occupational therapy profession. It provides networking opportunities among students and practitioners, a forum for student-focused professional activities, sharing of professional information, and the opportunity to become involved in the American Occupational Therapy Association. XUSOTA selects a student representative for the national organizations’ Association of Student Delegates to share the student experience and relay national information to our members. Club events include hosting professional speakers, providing service, and student wellness activities.
