Student, Bridget Strotman receives award

Bridget Strotman was awarded the Jane Case Smith Outstanding Student award by the Ohio Occupational Therapy Association (OOTA) at their annual conference on October 12th, 2024, in Columbus, Ohio. The Jane Case Smith Outstanding Occupational Therapy Student Award is given annually to acknowledge occupational therapy student members of OOTA who participate in activities to promote occupational therapy in their community and who contribute to the professional growth of occupational therapy by participation in leadership roles in their district, state, and national associations. Bridget has been a student leader within the Xavier Occupational Therapy program and has presented at the local, regional, and national levels.  Bridget is completing her capstone project and is scheduled to graduate with an OTD degree in December 2024.
