The Vehicle Use Policy has been established to provide information and guidelines to employees and students regarding responsibilities for the safe operation of university insured vehicles. A university insured vehicle is defined as any vehicle owned, leased, courtesy or rented in the name of Xavier University. Before driving a university insured vehicle, employees and students must be at least 21 years and complete the driver authorization process, which includes acknowledging they have read the Vehicle Use Policy.
