Standard Agreements

• Standard Xavier University Facility Use Agreement: For external use of campus meeting space or facilities. Includes option for Video, Audio, Photography Release, if Client/Tenant intends to photograph or video while on campus.
• Video, Audio, Photography Release: For use by Client/Tenant or other external party, if Client/Tenant intends to photograph or video while on campus. To be signed by an individual captured in a photo and can be used in conjunction with Facility Use Agreement or stand alone, grants permission to photographer (non-Xavier).
• Standard Xavier University - Vendor Agreement for Off-Campus Activity: For use when the off-site location does not produce an agreement, and to define terms for agreed upon services, particularly when an activity may pose a potential risk.
• Standard Freelance Photography Agreement, including Exhibit A Assignment Sheet and Exhibit B XU Photo Release. For use with independent contractor photographers.
• Video, Audio, Photo Release Form: To be signed by an individual, grants permission to Xavier University.
