Proof of Xavier Coverage

The office of Risk Management and Insurance will arrange for issuance of a Certificate of Insurance as proof of Xavier's coverage(s). If you are required to show evidence of the university's insurance coverage and need a certificate, please email riskmanagement@xavier.edu.

If available, please provide a copy of the insurance clause or paragraph in the agreement to clarify the insurance requirements being requested, and the full name and address of the company requesting evidence of the university's insurance coverage. 

With this information, it is usually possible to obtain a certificate within 48 hours.
