Visitor Parking at Xavier University
Welcome to Xavier University!
We’re glad to have you on campus. Whether you're a guest, employee, or student, following our parking policies is important to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
How to Obtain a Visitor Parking Permit
All visitors are required to register their vehicle and obtain a parking permit to park on campus. Follow these simple steps to get started:
- Visit Our Visitor Permit Portal: Go to xavier.edu/visitorpermit or scan the QR Code in the lots/parking stalls upon arrival.
- Choose Your Permit Type:
- Half-Day Permit (0-5 hours): $5
- Full-Day Permit (Over 5 hours): $10
- Register Your Vehicle: Enter your vehicle information and personal details, including your cell phone number. Cell phone authentication is required for safety purposes.
- Important: Ensure the code you enter is case-sensitive.
- Fields without an asterisk (*) are optional and do not need to be completed.
- Your License Plate is Your Permit: Once you’ve registered, there’s nothing to print or display. Your license plate serves as your parking permit, and our system will recognize it when you park in designated visitor spaces.
- Park in Designated Areas: Visitors must park in marked visitor parking stalls on campus.
