REFERENCE GUIDELINES
Two completed Reference Surveys are required for your free MHSA, MHSA/MBA Dual Degree, and Executive MHSA application. Four may be added, but only two are required. Those completing a reference must complete a brief Reference Survey for your application to be completed. The referee may upload a formal letter of recommendation, but it is not required for the application to be complete. For late applicants, reference forms are not due on the application deadline, and will be given one month after the deadline to complete their work.
- Those completing a Reference Survey should be familiar with your school and/or work abilities, especially as they relate to healthcare and/or leadership. Supervisors, professors, and professionals who are familiar with your abilities are typically ideal. It is recommended that you check with the person completing your prospective Reference Survey before adding their contact information to your application.
- Reference Surveys may not be completed by relatives, friends, or acquaintances.
- Applicants may not complete Reference Surveys or upload letters of recommendation for themselves.
