Glean
Glean is a web app note taking system done completely within the Google Chrome browser. It can be used both offline and online. It allows for audio recording, typed note, and PDF syncing. Xavier has a limited number of licenses that are assigned to students with note taking accommodations as needed. Students with accommodations using this method will be required to sign an Audio Recording Agreement.

Tips & Tricks
- To eliminate the sound of your own typing, record screen audio only in online classes.
- Take short, quick notes during class. Add details later as you review and listen to the audio.
- If recording audio is distracting it can be hidden from view.
