The mission of the THRIVE Center is to empower every student to excel in and out of the classroom. Our environment and initiatives promote the principles of cura personalis, belonging, leadership, equality, dignity, and respect. By fostering collaboration and providing support, we strive to ensure that every member of our community can make meaningful contributions and experience a true sense of belonging.

Cura Personalis

Teach and hold space for the development and self-actualization of community and emotional wellbeing. 

Ignatian Belonging

Help students recognize, understand, and cultivate a sense of belonging through identity development. 

Leadership

Development, implement, and assess the Leadership Curriculum in alignment with Ignatian Belonging.  

Transformational Justice

Create educational trainings and programs that provide students with the knowledge, skills, and strategies to be active participants in creating social change.
