Program Directors

Sophie Roepke is the Associate Director for Leadership & Transition Programs. She provides strategic direction for new student orientation and transition programs in support of student learning and socialization and serves as a connector across multiple first-year experience initiatives. Email Sophie for more information about orientation.

Rose Walton is the Assistant Director for New Student Programs. She provides direction on all aspects of Xavier's orientation programming, including Manresa, Transfer, APEX, and Spring Semester Orientations. Email Rose for more information about orientation.

The Manresa Core are the four student leaders who create, plan and deliver the 4-day Manresa New Student Orientation Program for Xavier University.
