With over 150 campus clubs to choose from, our student organizations truly offer something for everyone! Students have an opportunity to meet and interact with most of these groups at the annual Club Day event where they can get information about how to join and also about upcoming events and activities! 

Process to Register:
Registration is now open! Only recognized Student Organizations (including Limited Affiliation Groups) are eligible to exhibit at Club Day along with Xavier Offices and Departments.

To register, interested groups must complete this registration form. Once approved, we will contact the submitter to inform you of your acceptance and provide further instruction.  Specific location requests will not be considered. Fundraising is prohibited at Club Day. You may not collect money or operate any kind of fundraiser at your table. You are welcome to promote upcoming fundraisers as long as they are registered, approved fundraisers with the Office of Student Involvement.
