Reactivation and Re-enrollment
Have you previously attended Xavier and want to come back? Please click on the link below that most closely describes your situation:
- If you completed or graduated from your last program at Xavier University and are interested in applying to a new program, please visit: Xavier University Admission Page
- If you were an undergraduate student and did not complete your last program/degree at Xavier University, please complete the Reactivation Form - Undergraduate.
If you wish to receive credit for coursework taken at another university during your absence from Xavier, you must also submit an official transcript to the Office of the Registrar. See the section on Transfer Credit Policies for more information, including limitations on the acceptance of coursework. You will be reactivated under the current catalog year, unless an exception is made by the Dean of the college of your program. If you were suspended from Xavier or from other institutions for poor academic performance, you will not be eligible for reactivation before the lapse of at least one fall or spring semester. In all cases, reactivation and the conditions for such will be determined by the dean of the appropriate college. All prior financial obligations must be settled with the Office of the Bursar prior to reactivation, and the student must be in good standing with the Division of Student Life and Leadership. - If you were a graduate student and did not complete your last program/degree, please complete the Reactivation Form - Graduate
