Leslie Dulle

Leslie joined Xavier University in 2003 as the Assistant Director of Facilities after a 12-year hiatus raising her four daughters.  Leslie managed the O’Connor Sports Center, Armory, and Schmidt Fieldhouse. In addition, she managed Member Services, Aquatics and Group Exercise until 2018.  In 2013 she assumed an interim assignment for management of the Recreational Sports Department and all oversight.  In 2017 Leslie was promoted to the Director of Recreational Sports and began work on the Health United Building project which is her greatest accomplishment to date.

Leslie stumbled into her profession as an undergraduate at University of North Texas.  She attributes her success to many tremendous mentors and enjoys mentoring the students in the program.  She is proud of the several Xavier alumni that are successes in the field of Recreational Sports.
