Areas of Research

Our majors have a strong desire to explore the world speculatively in a quest for vision and discovery of what is known and unknown.  Doing so through a research experience allows them to become creative, knowledgeable scientists with a deep appreciation and love of the arts, and artists with an awe of natural phenomenon and an understanding of the fundamentals of science which support our technological society.
