Eligible participants: Those who already hold an AMS/MACTE Elementary I (ages 6-9) Credential
For those holding an AMS/MACTE 6-9 credential AND an Ohio P-3 Early Childhood license, you are eligible to obtain the Elementary I & II (6-12) AMS/MACTE credential AND the grades 4-5 generalist endorsement by completing:
- All the courses listed below (EDME 570 through EDME 575)
- One (1) credit hour online course: EDEL 540-Middle Childhood Transitions/Development & Management
- Ohio Assessment for Educators exam 018/019 Elementary Education (Subtests I & II)
*Ohio P-3 license holders: This is the last opportunity to earn a grades 4-5 generalist endorsement.
