Gifts of Our Ignatian Heritage Banners

In 2010, Xavier University Hosted the sixth Heartland Delta Conference, a triennial gathering of Jesuit universities from the heartland of America. To mark this special event, Xavier created a mosaic banner depicting the five Gifts of Our Ignatian Heritage. Pieces of fabric to create the piece of art were donated from all over the Xavier community -- from those on campus (including buildings that have been torn down) to those around the globe. Every piece of fabric in the banner has a story behind it -- in the same way that pieces make up a literary work.
