Requirements

  • MGMT 200: Organizational Management
  • Choose four electives from the following:
  • Select Three Management Courses:
    • Non-business majors select three courses from MGMT 201-499, excluding 303, 403, and 398
    • Business majors select three courses from MGMT 202-499, excluding 303, 403, and 398
  • Tailor your minor to your future profession. Select one course from courses like:
    • MGMT 305: Innovation Management
    • MGMT 309: Change Management
    • MGMT 310: Teamwork & Team Building
    • MGMT 312: Negotiation and Conflict Management
    • MGMT 314: Leadership
    • MGMT 322: Managing For Sustainability
    • MGMT 325: International Management
    • MGMT/SHRM 370: Training and Development
    • Additional courses in ACCT, BAIS, ECON, FINC, and MKTG

A Management Minor can add valuable business knowledge to majors like nursing, applied sciences, computer science, digital innovation, theater, art, and others.
