Climate Survey Leadership Team

Charge

The Climate Survey Leadership Team (CSLT) will guide Xavier University’s assessment of its climate.  The CSLT has oversight for conducting the surveys assessing climate, analyzing the results, and recommending to the President’s Direct Reports actions to enhance the climate.  In addition, the CSLT will develop and maintain systems to communicate the results and responses of past and future surveys.
