Xavier students use the Student Hub to access important links and services - including email, course registration, bill payment and technology. The "Self Service" link below includes where you will register for classes, find your grades and academic records, and access your bills and financial aid. You will need the username and banner ID number from your admissions letter to log into this system.

Important Notes:

You must set up your XU password in order to access Xavier services and receive/pay your Xavier bills.
-  If you are a student who has recently been reactivated, please also follow instructions on the first article below.

You are now ready to login!

  • Log into your student account and access email on the Student Hub- You will use this site most often.

Students have the option to forward their Xavier email to a personal email account. Instructions for this process can be found through the Information Technologies Knowledge Base.

*Please note that most Xavier emails (such as billing, and information from your professor) will be sent directly to your Xavier email address. If you choose not to use email forwarding, you will need to check your Xavier email on a regular basis.

If you have not already done so, we recommend meeting with either your academic advisor or a faculty member in the program in which you have been accepted to ensure you are enrolling in the appropriate courses. Most students will be assigned an advisor within the admission process. If you are unsure of which college your program is in or of who your academic advisor is,  you can use Xavier's campus directory to search by name or department to find the administrative assistant, academic advisor, or faculty member in your program to schedule an advising meeting. If you are still in need of assistance, please feel free to contact staff in the Office of the Graduate School at XUgrads@xavier.edu or 513-745-3957.  We are happy to direct you!

  • Newly admitted MBA students, please submit an Advisor Appointment Request Form.  If you have a question, please feel free to contact the Graduate Office in the Williams College of Business at 513-745-3525 or xumba@xavier.edu.
  • Newly admitted School and Clinical Mental Health Counseling students receive course options for their first semester upon admittance. For access to the course options and your assigned advisor please click here. You should schedule a meeting with your advisor within six months of being in the program.
