Alexus Brown

Chief Investment Officer

Alexus is a senior finance major from Cincinnati, Ohio.  She’s been interning at Great American Insurance Group in their Product Development and Compliance Department for the past two and a half years. She plans to pursue a career in investments and analysis and hope to be a financial advisor. Outside of Xavier, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and going to concerts.

Andrew is a junior finance major from Toledo, Ohio. He previously interned at SJS Investment Services.

Brian is a senior finance major from Westport, Connecticut.  At Xavier, he is part of the Chamber Orchestra. He previously interned at Major League Baseball Advanced Media.

Farris is a senior finance major from Cleveland, Ohio.  He previously worked as a Financial Associate at Innova Financial and Operations Intern at Montrose Auto Group. At Xavier, he a part of Club Baseball,  Xavier has a Heart and Strongsville Rotary Club.

Grant DeCocker

Consumer Staples Manager

Grant is a senior finance and accounting major from Columbus, Ohio.  Last summer he was an Accounting Intern at Environmental Specialists. He plans to get hit CPA following graduation. Outside of Xavier, he enjoys playing intramural sports.

Joe Gonzalez

Chief Executive Officer

Joe is a senior finance major from Fort Recovery, Ohio.  Previous work experience includes an Internship with Macy's working in their credit and customer service department and a Financial Advising internship with a group affiliated with Lincoln Financial.  At Xavier, he is a CAD leader and President of Habitat for Humanity.

Kristen Martin

Chief Operating Officer

Kristen is a junior finance major from New Castle, Indiana. She is currently interning at FTB Financial Services and is an intern for the Fifth Third Trading Center. She enjoys volunteering, cheering on Xavier basketball, and traveling.

Kyle Izor

Controller

Kyle is a senior finance and accounting double major from Mitchell, Kentucky.  Last summer he had an internship with Great American Insurance. He plans to pursue his CPA following graduation. Outside of Xavier, he enjoys watching the Bengals and reds, and hanging out with friends and family.

Lilliam Ambrosius

Chief Financial Offier

Lily is a senior finance major with a minor in business analytics from Traverse City, MI. She currently interns at ComStock Advisors, a business valuation firm downtown. In June, she will begin as a full-time research analyst at Fund Evaluation Group in Cincinnati. At Xavier, Lily is the treasurer of club field hockey and is a member of Women in Business.

Michael is a senior finance major from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He interned at PNC last summer and recently accepted a job offer into their ACCEL development program. At Xavier, he likes to participate in intramural sports.

Trey is a senior finance major from West Chester, Ohio.  Last summer he worked for Innomark Communications at a project management intern. He plans to pursue a career in corporate finance. At Xavier, he is part of the Club Ultimate Frisbee team
