Operations and supply chain management is a field of study and practice that focuses on managing the flow of goods and services from the source to the end customer. It involves the execution of activities such as sourcing, production, quality control, inventory management, logistics, and transportation to ensure that products and services are delivered efficiently, on time, and at the right cost.
