- Electronic payments can be sent directly from their provider to Xavier University. When a payer logs into a college savings account and selects to make a withdrawal, they would select to have the funds sent directly to the school via electronic payment. The payer would then select Xavier University from the school dropdown.
- While electronic payment is our preferred method to receive funds, there is still the option to have a check mailed from your provider.
- If having a check mailed, please direct your account administrator to make checks payable to the "Xavier University". They will also need to include the student’s name and Student ID (nine-digit number starting with 000) on the check. We recommend contacting your College Savings account administrator at least 4 weeks before the fee payment deadline to ensure that the funds are received by the due date. Checks should be mailed to the following address:
3800 Victory Parkway
ATTN: Office of the Bursar
Cincinnati, OH 45207
International Payment
Xavier University has partnered with Flywire to offer an innovative and streamlined way to make international tuition payments. Founded by a former international student, Flywire's mission is to save money for international students and their families that would otherwise be lost on bank fees and unfavorable foreign exchange rates.
The information below includes a summary and instructions to begin the process.
- To get started, indicate the U.S. dollar amount that you wish to pay to Xavier University and select your home country.
- In most cases you will be able to pay in your home currency, at Flywire's preferential exchange rates, which will translate into savings for you.
- After providing some basic information, you will send your home currency from your bank account (via phone, online or in person) to Flywire via the provided instruction.
- Flywire will then convert your currency into U.S. dollars and forward the U.S. dollar amount to Xavier University, where it will be directly credited to your student bill account.
- Unlike the traditional international wire process, your payment will arrive in full to Xavier, meaning even more savings for you.
- Through the Flywire student dashboard you will be able to track where your payment is in the transfer process.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your payment is deposited into Xavier's bank account.
- No matter your timezone, you will have a dedicated multilingual customer support team available to you 24/7 via live chat, Skype, email and phone to answer any of your questions.
You can begin the payment process here:
- To pay by mail, bank wire or in person, visit Ways to Pay.
Reading The Statement
- Your statement is an online invoice that displays the same information as traditional paper billing statements.
- The statement can only be viewed by the student and any CASHNet Payer (formerly "Authorized User(s)"). There are no mailing and postal delays.
- Your statement reflects your previous balance (balance forward), all charges and credits/ payments, and your total balance.
- Monthly statements are published on the 5th of each month (or the next business day if the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday) for accounts that:
- Have a balance (credit or debit).
- Have any new account activity since the last statement was published.
- The due date is displayed in the upper right hand corner of the statement.
- Statements will not change as payments are made or charges are assessed. All activity that takes place on a student's account after a statement has been published will appear on the next month's statement.
- Registered students are automatically set up to receive their eBill notification. However, students will need to check their Xavier University email account for the email notification telling them that an eBill is ready to be viewed.
- If the student wants a parent(s), a guardian, and/or some other person(s) to become an Authorized User, the student will be able to set them up as such.
