Letter from the Editor

Hello, Fellow Writing Enthusiasts!
My name is Taylor, and I am a graduate assistant at the Writing Center for the 2019-2020 academic year. I also am your editor for Freewrite,the Writing Center Blog!
Currently, I am in my last year of graduate school at Xavier studying Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and I graduated from Penn State University in 2018 with degrees in Psychology and English. There, I worked as a writing tutor for Penn State Learning.
After my first year of graduate school, I realized that I missed working with writers, learning from their work, and discussing writing with my peers. This year, I am lucky enough to have the opportunity to work at Xavier’s Writing Center and continue working with writers, and I look forward to continuing conversations about writing through this blog.
