Transfer Visits and Events

Right now is the perfect time to learn about transferring to Xavier. Whether you have attended or are currently attending another college or university, our visits and events will help you navigate the transfer process.

Transfer Student Visit Days

We are ready to welcome transfer students from both two and four-year colleges and universities for both Spring 2025 and Fall 2025. This transfer-specific visit option starts with a 30-minute transfer information session followed by a tour led by a current Student Ambassador who goes inside our main campus buildings for a great insight into campus life. If none of these days are convenient, please schedule a regular visit with the day and time that works best for you.

Transfer Tuesday Virtual Sessions

Transfer Tuesday Virtual Sessions are offered weekly at 2 p.m. Attend a session led by Xavier’s Transfer Recruitment Director to learn about important transfer topics, such as credit transfers, financial aid, and the transfer process. These sessions are ½ hour and designed to give you an overview of the transfer process at Xavier.
