In-Person Student Employment Fair
When: Monday, August 19, 2024, 2:00-4:30
Where: Gallagher Student Center, Arrupe Overlook
This Fair is primarily for students with a Federal Work Study award, however some positions will be open to all students.

How the On-Campus Student Employment Fair will work:
- Eligible students will attend the Fair anytime between 2:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on Monday, August 19, 2024 at the Gallagher Student Center, Arrupe Overlook. Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m.
- Students will visit employer tables to learn about positions they are interested in and should be prepared to interview with employers.
- Some employers will hire on the spot at the Fair, others may talk with students and collect applicant information during the Fair and then contact students after the Fair to interview and make offers.

Business casual dress is appropriate (khaki pants and nice polo shirt or blouse). Nice jeans and Xavier t-shirt would be appropriate as well.
Bring to the Fair:
- Your Xavier One Pass ID (on your cell)
- Copies of Your Resume* (not required but encouraged)
- Copies of Your Student Work Availability Form (and/or class schedule)
- If hired, you will be required to complete new hire paperwork prior to starting work. There will be an opportunity to do this at the Fair and is strongly encouraged.
You will need to bring to campus government acceptable original ID to complete this paperwork. Most students bring either a Passport OR a Driver's License AND a Social Security Card. View the details!
