Jeremy Johnson

Jeremy is a doctoral student in Xavier University’s Clinical Psychology PsyD program. He served six years in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, gaining extensive experience in combat trauma management. He holds an M.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University and is currently involved in developing workplace violence reduction programs in healthcare, addressing adolescent suicidality in K-12 education, and advancing wellness initiatives for older adults. As a veteran himself, he is passionate about supporting other veterans, particularly those that are transitioning back to civilian life.
Cole Fredericks

Cole is a doctoral student in Xavier University's Clinical Psychology PsyD program. He holds a B.S. In Psychology from the University at Buffalo, SUNY and is currently involved in developing vaping prevention and alcohol reduction programming for local Cincinnati Public Schools and harm reduction organizations in the Cincinnati area. He is interested in educating individuals on the impact of substance use and expanding their knowledge on healthy lifestyle choices.
Dymond Anderson

Dymond is a doctoral student in Xavier University’s Clinical Psychology PsyD program. She served six years in the Navy as a Behavioral Health Technician, where she gained firsthand experience supporting both the physical and psychological health of patients. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arizona and is currently focused on early intervention strategies that foster resilience in children and families. Her research interests center on reducing the long-term impact of adverse childhood experiences and promoting lifelong well-being through preventive care, family support, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
