3D Print Request Form

Use this form to submit 3D printing requests for the University Library Makerspace. Generally requests will be printed by makerspace staff in the order in which they are received, although requests for courses may take priority. For information about printing objects yourself or other questions, please email 3DPrint@xavier.edu.
