2020-21
- Achievement Highlights - During fall semester, the 20-21 UX Group members brainstormed ideas to help students feel comfortable in the library during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their efforts helped pave the way for the library's submission of a second Library Services and Technology Act Grant from the State Library of Ohio for more mobile dividers. The group's advise also initiated a treat bag giveaway during spring finals week. During spring semester the group administered a photo-typing user experience test and began an in-depth study of "the library of the future" in order to contribute to the plans for a McDonald Library renovation.

2019-20
- Achievement Highlights - The 19-20 UX Group members participated in and hosted focus groups that gathered feedback and opinions from students about Information Technology's technology support website. The group built an advanced Qualtrics survey to serve as a "secret shopper" tool to evaluate the services and the customer service at the CLC Connection Center through phone and in-person. Before the COVID-19 quarantine, the group began evaluating the Xavier community's space needs and wants throughout the McDonald Library building.

2018-19
- Achievement Highlight - The 18-19 UX Group members concluded administering usability tests and surveys (Qualtrics, Google Forms, Optimal Workshop digital card sort, and circle mapping) focused on a University Library website redesign. The group began an in-depth study of proper library web design and of other university library websites and designed two website homepage mock-ups that were presented to Xavier's Office of Marketing and Communications.

2017-18
- Achievement Highlight - The 17-18 UX Group members continued administering multiple usability tests and surveys (Qualtrics, Google Forms, Optimal Workshop digital card sort, and circle mapping) to several campus constituencies, which focused on a University Library website redesign. The group also adjusted its work for the new Xavier University web platform Cascade.

2016-17
- Achievement Highlight - The 16-17 UX Group members trained with multiple usability tests and surveys to include Qualtrics, Google Forms, Optimal Workshop digital card sort, and circle mapping focused on the library website and began administering those tests to students, faculty, and staff for data collection. The UX Group also reviewed and offered feedback on University Library's 20/21 Vision strategic plan.
