Anonymous Reporting Hotline
Xavier University is committed to the highest ethical standards. To help maintain those standards, the University has established simple, anonymous ways to confidentially report potential ethical misconduct or breaches of laws, rules, regulations, or Xavier University Policies. You may report such matters using the web-based hotline or by the telephone hotline (855-481-6238).
The hotline is administered by NAVEX Global EthicsPoint, a leading third party provider. This service is intended to offer an alternative means of reporting for individuals who are unable to use standard reporting methods or who have found standard methods unsatisfactory. The hotline does not replace or supersede standard reporting methods on campus. The University strongly encourages the Xavier community to report relevant concerns directly to their supervisor, or through appropriate University offices as a first step whenever possible. Reports can be made to any of the following offices:
- Xavier University Police - 513-745-1000 (on and near campus emergencies),
513-745-2000 (non-emergencies), Flynn Hall, 1648 Musketeer Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45207; - Chief Title IX Officer (Reports of Sex Discrimination) - 513-745-3046, Gallagher Student Center, Room 332B, 3800 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, OH 45207;
