Life Insurance and AD&D

Xavier offers Basic Life and AD&D at no cost to the employee. The life insurance pays a lump sum to the beneficiary should the employee pass away. This benefit is equal to the employee's annual salary up to $150,000. AD&D pays an additional benefit if the employee passes away or is severely injured as the result of a covered accident.

The Basic Life and AD&D benefit is reduced to 65% at age 65 and 50% at age 70.
