Digital Signage

The Health United Buidling administers a digital signage system. The signs provide students the ability to promote campus events and are used by University administrators to display other important news.

Before completing this submission form, please be aware of the following:

• Requests must be received at least 5 business days before the event date.
• All submissions are subject to review. 
• The digital sign is located in the lobby on the first floor
• Digital sign messages are intended to promote events and programs for Xavier students, faculty and staff. The screens are not used to promote the sale or trade of any items.
• The monitor is tall and narrow, therefore, all submissions must be 1490x1920 pixels, in portrait mode (not landscape). Only PNGs, JPGs, and PDFs will be accepted.
• Each frame lasts only 5 seconds – make it visually stimulating with limited text. Bold, big text is the best for this display.
