QPR Suicide Prevention TrainingQPR is a 1.5 hour evidence-based suicide prevention training developed by the QPR Institute. QPR teaches the lay person how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and to follow the three simple steps of QPR - Question, Persuade, and Refer. |

Off-Campus ReferralsFor students seeking long-term or specialized care, Counseling Services provides a list of community resources ranging from outpatient therapy, inpatient care, and addiction-specific resources. Presentation Request FormCounseling services is happy to accept presentation requests on appropriate topics for educational and purposes (ex. mindfulness exercises, sleep workshop, presenting on depression, counseling services overview, etc.). All requests must be submitted online using the Counseling Services Presentation Request Form. |

Peer Support with SWAGThe Student Wellness Advocacy Group (SWAG) Peer Educators are available for one-on-one meetings with students, offering support in various areas such as: time management, social concerns, college adjustment, stress management, and referral to health & wellness resources on campus. |

Student Wellbeing ToolkitThe Student Wellbeing Toolkit offers on- and off-campus resources, educational materials, and reflections for each of the eight dimensions of Wellbeing. Some resources include tips on budgeting, grocery shopping, staying engaged on campus, improving sleep, and more! |

Student Concern Form
At Xavier University, care for all members of our campus community is a natural extension of our University mission and values. All Xavier community members can help support students who are in need of personal or academic assistance by submitting a Student Concern Report through the link below. In addition, Xavier students, faculty and staff are encouraged to report concerning behavior or violations of the Xavier University Code of Student Conduct.
