Registration and Eligibility
Eligibility
- Must be a current Xavier graduate student (part-time or full-time) during the spring semester 2023 or have graduated during the summer or fall of 2022.
- Must have a faculty member willing to sponsor your submission
- Presentations should have a research component included; this could be part of a capstone project or research project for a class
- Applicants are encouraged from all academic disciplines
- Must be able to present at either the virtual event on April 19th from 6-8pm or in-person event on April 20th from 3-5pm
- Group projects are welcome, however please designate one individual from the group to present

Registration
Thank you for your interest in entering Xavier's 2023 Three Minute Thesis competition! The priority deadline to register is Wednesday, March 1, 2023. Entries received after that date will be considered if space is available. Please fill out this initial registration page below. You will then be sent a confirmation email which will include a OneDrive link to submit your PowerPoint (.pptx) slide. Submission date for the PowerPoint is Monday, March 13th.
Please note: Xavier will live stream and record the final event and presentations will be uploaded onto the Exhibit campus research repository.
