The Graduate Admission Office hosts various events and information sessions throughout the year for current and prospective students. If you do not see an information session for the program you're interested in, contact us to talk one-on-one with a graduate admissions recruiter.

Hey, undergraduate students! Are you considering a Master’s Degree? Join our Graduate School Showcase on Monday, November 4th, in The Arrupe Lounge from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM. Discover our graduate programs and scholarships, and meet admission directors. Plus, grab some cool swag, food and play some fun games!

Graduate Education Information Sessions

TESOL and Reading Information/Advising Sessions

Xavier University offers a Master of Education degree and/or endorsement in Reading and a Master of Education degree, endorsement, or graduate certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). Both programs offer online learning. The Program Chair and Faculty are offering the following advising opportunities to learn more about the programs and answer any questions you may have. These sessions are appropriate for current and prospective students. 


Graduate Business Information Sessions

Xavier University offers an Executive Master of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Science in Accountancy degrees at the Williams College of Business. Counseling Information Session

Xavier University offers a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts degree in School Counseling. Both counseling programs meet the educational requirements for licensure. The College of Nursing at Xavier University would like to invite you to a Virtual Question and Answer session with the Director of the DNP program, Dr. Miranda Knapp.

The DNP program requires a MSN from a CCNE, ACEN or regionally accredited institution, or a Master’s in a field other than nursing. Candidates with a Master’s in a field other than nursing are required to have a BSN from a CCNE, ACEN or regionally accredited institution.

This Doctor of Nursing Practice in Population Health Leadership (DNP) degree program is a population health-focused post-master’s degree program for nurses from a variety of practice settings.

Accelerated, Direct Entry, Second Degree, Pre-Licensure MSN MIDAS Program

The College of Nursing would like to invite you to a Question and Answer Information session regarding the Accelerated, Direct Entry, Second Degree, Pre-Licensure MSN MIDAS program. 

The MSN MIDAS program is a pre-licensure nursing program that was created for those who have earned a Bachelor degree in a major other than nursing who wish to become a registered nurse.  The sessions will provide an opportunity for you to meet with the Director of the MSN MIDAS program and other Faculty and Staff members to ask questions that you may have regarding the program.  www.xavier.edu/midas


Theology Information Session

Are you ready to explore life's meaning? Develop your spirituality? Do you want to be inspired to work for social and ecological justice?

Find out more by attending our information session for the graduate program in theology at Xavier University's Institute for Spirituality and Social Justice. You will hear about how this program can help you to grow in or reimagine your vocational call. Professors and current graduate students will share some of their experiences and the ISSJ's Assistant for Enrollment and Outreach, Dr. Ashley Theuring, will be there to answer specific questions about the program and application process.
