Xavier Endowment

When you invest in our endowment, you are giving Xavier specific resources outside of our normal operating budget to sustain our mission. Endowed funds allow Xavier to recruit and retain outstanding faculty, build and maintain world-class facilities, help Xavier strengthen community partnerships and provide critical scholarship dollars to students who may otherwise be unable to fulfill their dream of attending Xavier.

Giving Options

• Endowed scholarships can tip the scales in a student's decision to enroll.
• Endowed chairs enhance the quality of the faculty and the educational experience for students.
• Endowed professorships recruit and retain the best faculty.
• Gifts of any amount may be added to existing funds that support scholarships, academic programs and unrestricted funds.

Endowed funds are established in accordance with the donor’s interests and may be created in a specific discipline, in a specific department, or for use within a college or across the university. The fund generally carries the name of the person or organization that the donor wishes to honor. Gifts may be payable over time.
