Contract FAQs

No, all contracts for IT equipment, software, applications, or consulting services must also be processed through ITAcquisitions@xavier.edu before the Office of General Counsel can review.  IT will review for data security and the product must also be reviewed for accessibility.
If you would like the Office of General Counsel to review the original terms of the Agreement, you must submit the original agreement as well.
You must email the Office of General Counsel a fully executed copy of the agreement. If you forget, our office will reach out.
