CORE 105

Approved by Faculty Vote, May 2014:

The CCC expects the smaller number of hours in the core will accommodate almost all transfer students entering with 44 credits or fewer. For students transferring in =45 hours [amended to 24 or more credit hours], a 3-credit fall course will be offered as CORE 105. Taught by either Philosophy or Theology faculty (or team-taught, if two sections are offered), it will count for THEO 111, PHIL 100 and the First-Year Seminar (if a First-Year Seminar is adopted). Only transfer students from another college will be permitted to take this course.

Details for CORE 105 are currently being developed. CORE 105 will be offered for the first time in the fall 2016 semester.
