Faculty & Staff Participation Opportunities

There are multiple ways employees can participate in the Commencement festivities. We encourage all Xavier employees to explore the following options:

• Commencement Volunteers - we need more than 40 volunteers to make the magic of Commencement. Please considering signing up as a volunteer for one or both of our ceremonies. 
• Student and Parent Photo - if you are parenting one of our graduates, you and your partner are invited to sign-up for an on-stage photo opportunity with the President and your graduate during the commencement ceremonies.
• Faculty Procession - all faculty are invited to participate in one or both ceremonies as part of the faculty procession. Please sign-up so that we can plan seating accordingly.
