Center Vision
Vision for the Center - "To help students and other Xavier stakeholders recognize and deal with values-related issues in the workplace." It will:
- Enable graduate and undergraduate students, and other stakeholders such as the business community, to have increased moral courage to "do the hard right, as opposed to the easy wrong."
- Support Williams College of Business faculty members increase their exposure and confidence in areas of business ethics and social responsibility.
- Be a resource for the local regional and national business communities.
