Nikki Black

Administrative Assistant, Center for Faith and Justice

Nikki Black brings a wealth of experience and a passion for education and social justice to her role as administrative assistant at Xavier University's Dorothy Day Center for Faith & Justice. She currently supports Fr. Eric Sundrup in the Center's mission to promote social justice and empower communities.

Nikki's background spans various sectors, from adult and primary education to media marketing. Previously, she served as the Director of Education at the Ohio Media School, where she undoubtedly fostered a love for media learning in her students. Her commitment to education extends to her experience as a primary educator with the Winton Woods School District.

Before transitioning to the non-profit sector, Nikki thrived in the fast-paced world of media and marketing. She held leadership positions as Promotion and Marketing Director for both Radio One (Cincinnati & Philadelphia) and Cumulus Media. These roles honed her communication and marketing skills, assets she now utilizes to amplify the Dorothy Day Center for Faith and Justice's message.
