Special Services for Faculty and Staff including Building Access, Name Badges and Name Tags.

1. BUILDING ACCESS FOR NEW OR CURRENT EMPLOYEES

Additional Access needed for employees, in addition to the normal accesses received, can be requested through Auxiliary Services.  This is requested mostly when someone needs after hours access to their office.

  • The "Request for Building Access" form is required to request access it has the needed information and approvals.  Please Fill it out completely along with the Chair or Department Head for approval.  You can not be the approver of your own access.
  • If special access is needed for another building besides the office area, additional approval may be needed by the building"s Coordinator.
  • Please give 24-48 hours for the request to be fulfilled once received.  Once added, we send email confirmation to the approver and any other emails added in that section.

2. Need a Photo ID Badge or Name Tag for the staff in your department?

 

Auxiliary Services provides a variety of name tags or photo ID badges to meet your needs.

  • Standard Xavier Name Tag: $10.00 ea.
  • Custom Name Tags and ID Badges: $10.00 ea. + $50.00 one time setup fee
  • Accessories such as clear badge holders, lanyards, and lapel clips are available at an additional cost.
