2023 Multi-Function Printer Campus Refresh

The Office of Auxiliary Services is pleased to announce that new state-of-the-art Toshiba multi-function copy/printers (MFPs) will be installed over the summer of 2023, refreshing the department MFPs across campus.
The new Toshiba Office Collection will replace your current MFP and give everyone access to new high-quality network copying, printing, and scanning capabilities. The installation and implementation dates for the refresh are June 26 - July 7. Please see below for the installation schedule. *Dates and times are subject to change.
Additionally, with the new state-of-the-art printing capabilities, the new MFPs will not be able to be activated by the Mag Stripe All Card. If you still need to upgrade your All Card to the mobile Xavier One Pass, please view instructions on downloading and activating your Xavier One Pass.
As always, Xavier Auxiliary Services Copy & Print Program will continue to provide the campus with top-notch, onsite service and a higher level of machine function and service delivery. As always, our Customer Service Technician, Vince, can be reached directly at X-1935 and will respond in person to your service needs in 2 hours or less.

INSTALLATION SCHEDULE
Installation timeframes will be in four-hour windows. Once the installation begins, your existing MFP will be replaced with a new device. DME staff will install the new device, connect it to the Xavier network, run testing, and provide end-user training onsite. Please make yourself and your support staff, if applicable, available for the training. A user guide and an easy steps document will also be left with each location for future reference. The total transition time will be 60 - 90 minutes. Timeframes are AM: 8 am - 12 pm | PM: 12 pm - 5 pm.
