Alumni Volunteer Request Form

The Alumni Office is happy to help recruit volunteers to support Xavier events.  Please complete the form below and a member of our team will be in touch within 5 business days.  We ask that you consider the following guidelines for alumni volunteer requests:

• Please submit your request at least 30 days before your event. We will do our best to accommodate last minute responses but may not always be able to.
• While we will do our best to secure volunteers, we cannot guarantee response.
• Each event must have a designated person who will be on site to manage the volunteers.
• After the event, please reach out to alumni relations staff to share any feedback.
